Are you tired of being a victim of poor health or healthcare? Understood.
It’s time to take your health into your own hands.
Answer this: What is holding you back? Is it your desire to move forward, healthcare options you don’t understand or trust, or maybe you’re not sure where to turn next? Define the problem. The solution will follow.
Once you identify the problem, what are your options? Maybe you don’t know what they are. Who can help you, right now, a health coach, a knowledgable friend, a resource? Reach out to them and schedule a visit. If you don’t know who, then read on.
If you’re not sure what options are available, start looking at all of your options in the fields of medicine, holistic therapies (such as massage, or acupuncture), and lifestyle approaches (such as diet, activity, supplements). Do your research in all three interventions. One or more interventions you find will feel like a potential next thing to try. Write them down.
Make a solid plan to reach out to one of the interventions you found that might be viable. Try it for a set period of time, such as six weeks. Journal the experience. Be ready with a plan B approach if it doesn’t work.
The Health Navigator Guide is the perfect resource for when you are stuck, need clarity, or you need a reset in your health approach.
